onwards to Valley of the Rogue

Danny slept in late today and James and I were up early. James and I played board games and managed to get through two of them before he woke up. 

We went to breakfast at a new place to us in Bandon called the Shoe String Cafe. Highly recommend it was quirky and delicious. 

We returned to camp and packed up and headed south towards Grants Pass, OR. 

We arrived around 3 and it was about 97 in the sun. So once the trailer was unhitched we took off for an ice cream shop called Udders and was a very welcome treat on this hot day. 

James found a delicious Japanese Restaurant called Koi Sushi. It was too hot to do much of anything so we watched Percy Jackson and Danny rewatched part of the Fellowship of the Ring. 

Tomorrow we are hoping to be on the road early so we are not driving during the heat of the day. Tomorrow shows the Sac area rising to 100 plus temperatures
