Day 1

I was surprised at how long it took to load the RV. After nearly 2 days of non stop ferrying back and forth from the house to the RV our task was complete. 

Thank you very much to Sevan for you amazing help! Thank you also to our neighbors for helping to keep Danny distracted during this long process 😍

We had a slight delay when James discovered that the previous renter had some how clogged the water lines with sand. After an hour of flushing the line, we were able to finally get on the road. 

I drove the first leg of the trip and I found it easier to manage than the highlander and our old RV Pod. 

We drove straight to Orland to fuel up and discovered the fridge door had opened at some point ! Fortunately it was a mess that could be cleaned up... but it took a bit. 

Second stop was in Weed, CA and when James was opening the back door the key snapped! So at some point in the next few days we will need to find some one who can help us repair it in the Portland area. 

Wahoo!! We have arrived (10:15 pm) in Valley of the Rogue Campground and are settled in for the night 😍
